da betsson: Back in the summer, Rangers signed highly-rated Nottingham Forest defender Joe Worrall on a season-long loan deal, which was viewed as somewhat of a coup for Steven Gerrard’s side.
However, since arriving at Ibrox, the 21-year-old hasn’t really convinced the Glaswegian giants of his quality, and is certainly yet to convince Gers fans that he should be bought on a permanent deal after his loan expires.
Worrall has made just six Scottish Premiership starts under Gerrard, as well as four Europa League starts and two in the Scottish Cup, but some fans are not happy that he starts some games ahead of a player the club actually owns in Nikola Katic.
The 22-year-old Croatian was signed back in the summer and has played well when called upon, so when Worrall hasn’t matched those performances, Rangers fans question why he’s even at the club in the first place.
In that respect, would you like to see Worrall signed on a permanent deal once his loan expires, or not? Have your say down below and keep an eye out for the published results…
